Born in Hubli Karnataka and a Bangalore resident for 25 years, Ramu is an ardent student and always keen to learn. He believes in accepting any challenge thrown at him to look for resolutions, then moving on to the next. Ramu’s biggest asset is bringing out the best from teams across the organization. He does not believe in hierarchy, and he loves to mentor, particularly recent graduates, whose fresh ideas help him continue learning.

Ramu’s interests outside work include analyzing current affairs through a geo-political lens and playing/watching sports. He has a special likening for cricket and hockey. His latest hobby is practicing meditation, which helps him find balance between mind and body.
