Jeremy leads the Digital Consulting Practice, helping our business clients understand what it means to ‘be digital’ – customer centric, agile and embracing new digital ways of working.
He approaches his role as a ‘trusted doer’ – bringing clarity to complex challenges and delivering real and meaningful business impact, both experiential and in cost efficiencies, through pragmatic interventions.
Jeremy’s axiom is “Design + Digitalization = Satisfaction” so using human centred thinking alongside data and customer-driven insight to target compelling interactions and intelligently applying process automations.
Outside of driving these digital transformations, Jeremy enjoys skiing, coaching rugby, cycling reluctantly yet frequently, and striving to keep up with his younger family members.
