Heading the Digital Experience (DX) group, Chandra works with customers, advisors, analysts, and partners in driving digital transformation and business outcomes for customers. He focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while also working towards enterprise simplification – all driven by disruptive technologies reshaping marketing, commerce, digitalization, automation, modernization, mobility, and user experience.
With degrees in executive business management from IIM Calcutta and program management from Stanford, Chandra has a strong business background but identifies first and foremost as a digital enthusiast. He sees technology as a force powering a big-picture, strategy-driven approach: solving complex problems through simple solutions.
Chandra fuels his philosophy of simplicity though his Yoga practice. He is a keen reader of topics from technology to politics, and enjoys playing sports (especially football!)
